Argument 'Instance" must be 'Excel Instance'

I am trying to run a program where it is able to read the data from my excel sheet and run it into a form filling challenge. While im trying to make it read the data from excel sheet, i am coming across there error "Argument 'instance' must be 'Excel Instance'". Please someone try and help, i need this done ASAP
