File System Connection not working anymore

Hello,

I have a flow that extracts files from a network folder via Gateway and sends them by email to some users. The flow has always worked until a few weeks ago, and now it no longer works. The error I get is the following: Bad Gateway-

the request to the on-premises data gateway has timed out. Basically, the file system action that should access the network folder no longer works; it hangs, and after several attempts it fails. I checked and the gateway is working perfectly, and if I access the folder from that PC, I can see all the files it contains.
Do you have any ideas what this issue could be related to?

Hi @MB-13091001-0,

Are you using a personal or an enterprise gateway?

Microsoft has articles with steps for both type of gateways, which might be a first good thing to check

I'm using an enterprise Gateway updated to the last version available

Hi @MB-13091001-0,

Have you tried exporting the Enterprise Gateway logs and having a look in those?

You can also share those log in a support ticket and ask Microsoft for help

Hi Expiscornovus,

I've checked recent gateway logs and I found out this error: Non-gateway network exception encountered in activity scope: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationObjectAbortedException: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it has been Aborted.

Might this be related to the issue I have?
