Hi all,

I'm trying to link an Excel row/cell in an Email that directs the user to the newest MS Form submission that corresponds with the Excel data.

For example:

MS Form is submitted, submission details are entered into Excel, and finally I want to have an email that links the user to those new submission details on the workbook.

If anyone could help or has any suggestions on a workaround, that would be great!

Best,
AP

Creating a hyperlink to an Excel cell populated by MS Form data
    Hi,

As alex mentioned, it is possible to provide url to a excel row directly using excel online. So other options which can be looked at is -

    1. Provide the URL to the workbook file in email
    2. Also specify the row position so that user can lookup there.

    Hope it helps !

    Thanks & Regards,

I'm not sure you can link to specific rows in an Excel. However, you could link to the workbook and provide the response ID in the email so the user knows which submission to look at
