Hello All,

I am new to Power Automate, but the process of building the flows seems a straight forward one.... well if everything would be as in the recipe!

I created a MS group, moved all forms into it, now I am creating a flow as per the below there is just no forms listed for me to chose from. I checked all connections, setting and permissions. It all looks correct. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Open Power Automate.
Click “Create” → “Automated Cloud Flow”.
Search for “When a new response is submitted” (Microsoft Forms).
Click the “Form Id” dropdown.
You should see your form listed under your Group name

Enter the Form Id as a custom value:

Hi @HK-01041144-0,

You are not doing anything wrong. That is a known limitation of that trigger action, group forms will not show up in the dropdown.

Group forms will not show up in the drop-down list. In order to trigger the Group forms, the Form Id needs to be added manually. The Form Id can be found in the address bar when you edit the form. Note that you should paste only the part after "FormId=" into the Form Id field in the Flow.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/microsoftforms/#known-issues-and-limitations
