Lost connection to knowledge-base (Sharepoint, direct upload to Copilot Studio) upon publishing PVA bot to Teams

I have created an initial bot with Sharepoint PDFs as knowledge-base grounding AOAI surfacing and is working slow but retrieves answers from AOAI. When I'm publishing to Teams as .zip file, the Teams bot is created but it doesn't have any connection to Bot knowledge base and cannot retrieve info as it can do from Copilot Studio. How should I make sure the knowledge-base is accessible after publishing to Teams?

I have the same question (0)

Thanks @Mirega for the response. The bot is deployed to Teams and I can communicate with it but it doesn't have any connection to the knowledge-base (Sharepoint) as it had in Copilot Studio

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has found a solution to this problem since the last update. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

We are having the same issue.

If I use the "test your copilot" functionality it uses the knowledge sources.  Once I publish it into Teams and question the bot there, it gives generic answers without leveraging the defined knowledge sources.

    Here is an an example

Question "what is ABCs backup policy?"

    Teams published Copilot Bot
"ABCs backup policy outlines the procedures and protocols for ensuring the safety and integrity of data. While I don't have access to specific internal documents, a typical backup policy might include the following element"

    Test your Copilot response
"*ABCs backup policy aims to safeguard information assets, prevent data loss, permit timely restoration of information, and manage backup and restoration processes. The policy covers different roles and responsibilities, defines rules, and outlines backup procedures for systems and data, including Office 365. It involves using ABC software for backups, maintaining online and tape backups, and ensuring data integrity and availability "

I'm also having this issue, though the agent has a few different sharepoint knowledge sources. In teams it seems to only utilize one source while in the testing pane it utilizes all of them. Oddly enough the one that it does cite in Teams is the one with the most restrictive user base.
