Can you confirm that you've logged into Power Automate using your Power Up credentials?
If you've logged on using a work account (I assume Heineken?), there will probably be a DLP policy which would explain this error.
When you create the flow using your Power Up account, you'll also need to send the email message using a personal Outlook.com email account, as the Power Up account doesn't include an email address that works with the Office 365 Outlook connector.
