How to trigger only a single mail for the share point list items been converted using populate word template as the final output document to knowing the status. Current flow is triggering individual mail for the list item ( item 1, item2, item3) status mail instead of single mail.

Please share your flow. Cannot tell you have to resolve it, since we cannot see it, plus the question and details are hard to understand.

Are you saying that out of all the items, you only want to trigger your flow, to send an email, based on a specific condition in that particular item?

If so then yes we can definitely add a Trigger Condition so that it doesn't trigger at all unless it has that condition.
    Or
It can trigger for them all, but you can use GetChanges + a Condition to check if your required "condition for that item" exists

Let me know if you need more help or if you are already done.

If this helps I'd appreciate if you marked it as such and happy to answer any questions.

    Cheers!
