I am looking for these buttons to change the screen size while editing. I tried to switch between responsive and fixed app layout, but these buttons still don't show up

in Edit mode you are not able to see this option is that the issue?

I saw these buttons in Edit mode, so somehow there were there. But not sure if it was a bug

it could be temporary thing, but you need to see buttons all the time
