Main module shows as not started.

I've completed all the videos, but the main module still shows as not started. Testing with this, whether it helps to write something in the engage section.

    Hi @AW-30010657-0,

    It’s a known issue that sometimes the platform doesn’t automatically mark the main module as started or completed, even after you’ve finished all the videos.

    A few quick fixes you can try:

    Refresh the page or log out and back in.

    Clear your browser cache and cookies, then revisit the module.

    Click through each step again (even if you’ve already watched the videos) so the system registers your progress.

    Post a short comment in the “Engage” section—this can sometimes trigger the module to show as active.

    You can also use the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) and Get support

    If none of these work, the best next step is to contact Power Up support with a screenshot of your completed videos.

    They can manually sync your progress for you.
