Apps developed in Canva are having connection problems. All the connectors are okay, but I suspect something is happening on my network. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be a routing issue?

    Sorry, you developed an App, in Canva? But are asking about it here? I am a little confused as I have no idea what the app is, what connectors you are using, what it does, literally nothing.

    Are you referring Canva or Canvas?
     
    If its canva -> this forum assists the topic related to the power platform, canva comes out of the scope (kindly close this thread) watchout for canva based technical forums.

    Error while trying to retrieve data from the network

    With respect to this error, this is more generic error this might occur because of the permission issue (Authentication) / Connectivity Issues (Internet) / Timeout (Custom Connector Response).

    If you developed the application in Microsoft Canvas share more details to isolate the issue, Also there is a functionality available called Live Monitor in Power Apps which will help you to debug the functionality which you developed and provide some insights for you.

    If this is a Canvas app, it could also be a permission-related issue. Please verify that the affected users have the correct permissions for all data sources connected to the app.

    Additionally, you can ask the user to open a Monitor session and connect to it for debugging. Monitor will help you identify whether the failures are due to permissions, network issues, or connector errors.
