Hello
@KK-11011945-0,
You're working in the Power Up / Applied Skills challenge environment, which is a temporary sandbox provided by Microsoft for training purposes. These environments are not permanent and can be reset or expire without warning.
Here are the most common reasons for what you're experiencing:
You're in a different environment
Power Apps uses multiple environments. If you’ve switched to a different one (like Default), your apps and solutions won’t appear.
Check the environment selector in the top-right corner of PowerApps and switch back to the one named something like Power Up, Training, or Applied Skills.
The training environment was reset
Microsoft may reset these environments after updates or program milestones.
When this happens, all apps, solutions, and data are deleted, and the interface may look slightly different.
If you only see the Default environment now, the training one was likely removed or reset.
Temporary service issue
Less common, but it could be a glitch with Dataverse or Power Apps.
Try logging out and back in, or use a private/incognito browser window to see if the issue persists.
Official Microsoft Documentation
Here are some helpful resources that explain this behavior:
Power Platform environments overview - Explains how environments work and why data is isolated per environment.
Manage sandbox environments - Details how sandbox environments are used for testing and can be reset.
Reset environment - Describes what happens during a reset — all components are permanently deleted.
What You Can Do Next
Check your environment: Make sure you're in the correct one.
Rebuild your solution: If the environment was reset, you’ll need to recreate your work.
Save externally: For future challenges, consider exporting your solution or saving key components outside the sandbox.
