Sign In Function Not Working

I am practicing Power Pages and having issue with the Sign In function.

Image 1 is the default Sign In screen.

Nothing happens when I click the 'External SignIn'.

When I click the 'Microsoft Entra ID' I get the following screen.

The system auto-populates my email and provides a note that it is already taken.

I am unable to get an 'ID and Password' combination to appear on the screen.

Security Identity Providers looks as follows. What am I missing?

If you do this in an incognito or private instance does it work?
