Hello,
I'm trying to connect to a Live Q&A session and when I hit the button

it shows me the following issue:

I was trying to find a chat to get any help, but even chat button is not available as it was shown in the video:

Any clue?

Ensure that no pop-up blockers or browser extensions are preventing the chat window from appearing.
