Teams Channel not reflecting the conversational orchestration in Copilot Studio Agent

hi all,
 
Please help with this issue, we created a simple document based agent and published to teams channel.
 
When try to improve it, even the smallest change like the test in start of conversation is not getting reflected in teams.
 
Please advise.
