Display Choice Set as Radio Button

Hello All,

I am using DataVerse for model driven app. In form level when trying to show choice set instead of dropdown i have used cc_optionset component provided by Microsoft. But cc_optionset is displaying only first 3 options and remaining are not displayed.

In previous versions there was a option to show as Radio Button for option set. Is there any configuration changes to display as Radio Button or any JavaScript to make these changes?
