Hi everyone

One of my apps is not showing all the images for other users, it seems strange as it was working fine for a long time. When I log in there seems to be no problem at my end, but when others log in, they have some images missing. I was wondering if it was some local internet cache thing at their end. But it seems strange that more than one user has the same problem. So to reiterate, this app have been deployed for a good part of a year with no trouble. I have republished the app and I know they have the latest version as I have versioning in the top right of the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

In answer to your question about contacting MS directly, you can click the ? icon and select the support link. This will prompt you to search for a solution via the co-pilot chat. Once you exhaust that option, there will be an option to raise an actual support ticket with MS.

Try using a different browser to see if the issue still occurs.

So I logged in as one of the users, and when I look at the sharepoint list of images, they are showing as the name of the image but not showing the image itself. However if I log in as the owner of the app, they show as images as one would expect.
