error when trying to retrieve data from the network

I have a Power Page. I'm calling it via a button within an entity using JavaScript. Although it worked before, it's not working now. Interestingly, it works in the Dev and UAT environments, but not in the Production environment. When I move the working version from the Dev environment to the production environment, I still get this error: "error when trying to retrieve data from the network" . I've checked all connections and there are no problems. Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi @CU04030635-0,

Can you please help me to capture two screenshots one is Console and the other is Network, when you see the "error when trying to retrieve data from the network" error?

Apart from that, I am considering you are using Dataverse, if that is the case, please confirm that the tables and columns are accessible and not restricted in Production.

Some other areas need to check are:

    1. Caching or CDN Issues: Cached scripts or resources might be outdated or blocked.

    2. Network or Firewall Restrictions: Production environment might have network restrictions blocking the request.

    3. Permissions and Access: Production environment may have stricter permissions or missing access rights to the data source or API.

    4. Inspect Network Traffic: Use browser developer tools  to check the network requests and responses when clicking the button. Look for blocked requests, CORS errors, or failed authentications - that is what I suggested in the first place.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!
