Hi,

I am new to Power Automate and have successfully created a flow that sends an email to a department when a new response is submitted through Microsoft Forms. However, the issue I am facing is that the email appears to come from me rather than the individual who completed the form.

Additionally, the department's auto-reply, which includes a ticket number, is being sent to me instead of the form respondent.

I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

Thank you.

    Hi,

The issue is when you create an action, it is running as you based on how the flow is configured.
And you would need permission from all of the callers mailboxes to send on their behalf which isn't gonna happen (we all know that).

Normally the best solution is to create a Shared MailBox Account and give that mailbox permission to send email on behalf of all the people, or simply have it come from there.

Either way, you aren't really going to get it to send from the person calling the flow, as its based on the Connection (which you own)
