We have been using Lists in Sharepoint for Corrective Action Plans for multiple locations (~100)

I am trying to figure out a way to get a report of all items that are "In Progress" under a column dropdown we named "Status".

Is this a possibility?

    Multiple Lists - Status Report

When you say a report can you provide more context to that?

When you ask if it's possible, possible in what way? IN an app, in power bi, in power automate?

You can leverage Power automate to use a Get Items, and then filter on rows that only have a status of In Progress

You can then push them to Excel, or Power BI, or just Connect Power to the List and report it that way.

But yes, you can do it many ways, but need you to please be more specific in how.
