Dataverse Table automatically populated with null values

Hi,
 
I have a table in Dataverse which is used in Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.
 
Recently I have noted this table is creating rows with null values automatically. I am using a lookup column in this table and I made it business required, so that no rows are created with null value in the lookup column.
 
Strangely, this table ignores that rule and is creating records with null values.
 
Is there any way to fix this issue or how to find what is the trigger for this null record creation?

    Dataverse Table automatically populated with null values
    form validation only works client side and you are creating records server side using PA flow. You can enable the auditing and check when it is creating and also check the system log or plugin trace at the same time. Maybe some code is working. Also you can check if any power automate is trigger on same time and created the records.

    Can you turn on auditing on your desired tables and see how are they getting changed?

    the "business required" works only inside forms made for model-driven apps.
    To understand who is creating these records (like a power automate flow) start with checking the createdby and the createdon columns, maybe they give you an idea of the user behind and where it's user.
