502 error on Teams webhook; failed calls not logged in run history & inconsistent behavior

Hello,
We are currently migrating from the legacy Office 365 Connector webhook to the new Power Automate / Teams Workflow incoming webhook.
We created a new workflow from scratch to post messages to a Teams channel when a webhook request is received.
However when sending a POST request to the generated workflow URL (for example:https://default.b5.environment.api.powerplatform.com/powerautomate/automations/...),
we are facing several issues:

1. 502 Bad Gateway on some calls
When triggering the webhook from our SAP system for some users, we receive a 502 error with an empty response body.
2. Run history shows only successful calls
In Power Automate run history:
  • Successful calls appear normally
  • Failed calls do NOT show up at all
→ This makes debugging very difficult
→ This also suggests that requests might not reach the workflow endpoint
3. Inconsistent behavior across users
With the exact same environment and configuration:
  • User A can trigger the workflow successfully
  • User B receives 502 Bad Gateway for the same request
4. What we have already checked
  • Call reaches our outbound system correctly
  • Successful calls are visible in run history
  • We validated that destination retrieval and HTTP send are correct
  • Tested also with tools such as Bruno/Postman → successful
Questions / Support requested
Could you please help us understand:
  • Why failed webhook requests don’t appear in the workflow run history?
  • What could cause a 502 error only for certain users with the same configuration?
  • Is there a known issue related to authentication, trigger configuration, or Teams workflow permissions?

We would greatly appreciate any guidance.
Thank you in advance.

The run history should show all runs, successful and failed. If something is not showing up then the request never made it to Power Automate. On a 502 error this is likely an inbound Azure issue. My recommendation is to have your Power Platform administrator open a ticket with Microsoft via the Power Platform Admin Panel to explore and resolve this inbound error in your tenant.

502 error on Teams webhook; failed calls not logged in run history & inconsistent behavior
    Hi,
    Thank you for the clarification.
I tried to open a support ticket, but I don’t have access to the Support requests page in the Power Platform Admin Center.
It seems this requires one of the admin roles listed by Microsoft (Power Platform Admin, Environment Admin, Global Admin, etc.).
Since I don’t have any of these roles in our tenant, I’m unable to create the support ticket myself.
Could you please advise how I can request this access, or who in our organization can grant it?
    Thank you!

This forum is for general Power Platform users, we don't work in your organization so we can't direct you internally. I recommend calling your IT folks and asking who the Power Platform administrators are. Those are the people who can open this ticket and/or diagnose the issue internally to your organization.
