I just recently concluded the conversational agent section of the agent builder essentials training but i noticed I wasn't able to start building autonomous agents within the same environment. Someone kindly put me through.

If you cannot access these features, check for these environment-level restrictions:

Licensing & Prerequisites: You must have a Microsoft 365 E3/E5 license, and Power Apps/Power Automate must be enabled for your account.

Environment Health: If the interface hangs or features are missing, try toggling the Generative AI features off and back on in the Environment settings to refresh the backend.

Preview Limitations: Some autonomous capabilities are still in preview. If your environment is in a region where these aren't fully rolled out, the options may be greyed out or missing.
