Scheduling an excel file to refresh

HI All
 
I have a query in excel i am trying to refresh overnight.
 
The property settings are not refreshing the file?
 
So i am creating an automate to use the script to refresh - but although I have set increments at hourly - the file hasn't updated.
 
How can I over come this please?  Am i missing something in the automation?
