    Hello @CU14111857-0,

If contact names aren’t showing up in your plan exercise, it’s often because the sample data hasn’t been installed or loaded properly in the environment. Many Power Up Program labs depend on Dataverse sample data (e.g., Contacts) so lookups and forms can show results.

    Here’s what to try:

In the lab interface, make sure you clicked “Load sample data” / “Get sample data” before starting the exercise.

Go to Data → Tables → Contacts in the environment to confirm that there are records in that table.

Refresh your browser and reopen the lab session — sometimes the environment needs to reload the data.

If issues persist, try restarting the lab in a new browser session or incognito window.

You can also follow Microsoft’s documentation on how to install sample data so that these tables are populated:

Add or remove sample data (Power Platform) — Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/add-remove-sample-data

This doc explains how sample data works and how to install it in your Power Platform environment.

Let me know if you still don’t see the Contacts after trying those steps!
