I am using Microsoft forms to provide feedback to my team members about their work and I want the response to go automatically to the email that I have extracted from the form

Thanks a lot for the detailed response.  I tried it but it did not work.  I hope I made my point clear. So here's my question -- is there a way to set up a Microsoft Form so that the I will enter the email address of the teacher while I am filling out the Form (as one of the questions) and then a copy of all the responses will be sent to both myself (filling out the Form) and the teacher (who's email is an answer in the Form).

It seems to appear you're asking a question specific to Microsoft Forms rather than asking a question about Power Automate. I am not sure based on your last response:

Thanks a lot for helping.  This is the first time I use Microsoft forms as it is the platform used by my current employer. My question is as follows:
I designed a Microsoft form to provide feedback to the teachers who work under my supervision about their lesson plans.  I am trying to configure the form to automatically send an email when I submit a response to that specific teacher that I am providing feedback for.  One of the items on the form is the teacher's email address.  i just want my form response to automatically go to that teacher's email so. I hope this clear. Thanks

If you are just asking about MS Forms, there is no way to have the form send an e-mail to the teacher listed in the form. You need to use Power Automate to create a workflow to send the e-mail. The steps are quite simple and involve just three actions provided a valid e-mail address gets entered in the form and you don't need to handle error-checking. You would do this:

    1. Create a flow that is triggered when a new response is submitted.
    2. Then get the response details with the action Get response details.
    3. Send an e-mail with the Office Outlook action Send an email (V2) and populate the to field with the value from the form that store's the teacher's e-mail address.
The flow will look like this:
That's all you need to do.
    1.

Just use one of the send an e-mail actions and populate it with the e-mail address from the form response as you noted. Is that your question? If not, what is your question?
