If your Copilot Level 1 course shows as “Completed,” then you’ve already finished everything required for that course. The Power Up Challenge is optional — it doesn’t affect your course credit. It’s simply an extra hands‑on activity to help you practice what you learned.
When it comes to viewing your credit or badge, the “Completed” status only means you’ve finished the course modules. The official badge/credit is issued separately through Credly, not inside the course page. Power Up badges don’t appear within the learning portal itself.
Just log in to Credly using the same email you used for the Power Up Program, and you’ll see your badge there once Microsoft finishes processing it.
