What role should Anonymous users be assigned for a form?

Hi All,

I have a simple webform built in Power Pages which stores data in Dataverse. It will be a public form. Now what role should I assign 'Anonymous Users' on the table where data gets stored?

Right now I have only 'Authenticated Users' and I tested it and it works for people who submit even without doing login. But wanted to check the best practice on this.

if this is a Basic form and you are not showing a summary or anything after, then 100%, only create should be the ideal here to avoid exposing unnecessary data.

@oliver.rodrigues Is it enough if I give 'Create' permission alone on the table? Would there be any way the Anonymous user would be able to read the data in the table ( I don't have any component that shows data. Just a single form)?

Hi, the Access Type should be Global, and you can add the Anonymous Web Role to the permission
