Events created in Outlook do not have links to Teams meetings and chats

Hello everyone, I need help with MS Bookings. I created a Shared booking page with different services. When creating meetings/appointments, they appear in the calendar with a link to the chat and meeting in MS Teams. However, I needed the ability to create recurring meetings for every day/week/month. MS Bookings does not have the option to create such meetings, but I dug a bit deeper and noticed that behind the scenes, when creating a Shared booking page in the MS Entra ID tenant, a new account is created with the name that was specified for the Shared booking page. Accordingly, there is access to Outlook, which synchronizes with MS Bookings and allows creating recurring meetings. However, in Outlook, they are created without links to MS Teams for chat and meeting, which is the main problem.

After searching for some information on this topic, I thought the problem might be with the license, since the newly created account didn't have one. I added an MS 365 E3 license to the account, but it didn't help. Meetings are still created without links, and in the settings, the option "Add online meeting to all meetings" with provider selection does not appear. Please advise how to fix this? Has anyone encountered this problem?
