Power Automate - Update a Flow (Flow Management)

I have a microsoft form template that each user edits very slightly  and then sends out for responses, I need every response for each form to be saved automatically to a sharepoint list (I am comfortable doing this part but for now just got it sending me an email for testing). The issue I have is that currently you can't give a dynamic value to specify the microsoft form to gather the data from in the trigger for 'when a new response is submitted'. So:

I currently have a power app where the user inputs a link to the form that they have created, I've then got the form id from this link passed to a power automate flow.
I'm trying to use power automate 'Update Flow' (screenshot 2) to update a Microsoft Forms 'form id' field in a different flow (screenshot 1).
This is the part I can't get to work - where and how do i specify that the form id should be updated based on the power automate value>
I can't seem to find any information on this online and not getting anywhere currently with the support page Power Automate Management - Connectors | Microsoft LearnWondering if anyone had any advice on how i do this?
Thanks!

Power Automate - Update a Flow (Flow Management)

Essentially I have people in a team each with their own customer, each customer is sent a list of questions (MS Form) that are broadly similar but questions are added and removed based upon the project.
I need it so that all of the forms that are sent out then have their responses automatically saved to a sharepoint site in order to analyse the results.

So I was using the send an email just to test out the output.

I have now moved forward with a process where I am adding the manual step of having to save the microsoft form responses to a file which is then uploaded through a power app to sharepoint - I can't have people accessing sharepoint directly.

I'm not sure that there is more I will require help with as I think it's just trial and error of different methods with varying amounts of manual steps until I find something that works. Thank you very much for your help to date

Power Automate - Update a Flow (Flow Management)
I feel like I am missing the larger picture.  What is the purpose of the flow which triggers on a new form submission?  Is it to send an email?  Why can't that be part of the modification of the form, to determine if an email is sent on form completion?

If you would like to discuss in a one on one setting please reach out to me at nextsteplowcodelabs@gmail.com.

Yes it's a less than ideal situation! Unfortunately there is no changing the form part, unless I was going to use something different to a microsoft form but with no access to power pages to collect data I don't think there's anything else available.

I'm trying another way of doing it now where I define the form id's for the microsoft forms as numbers 1-20 (as this seems to be how the response id's are written). Then I'm using these as dynamic values for 'get response details' and looping through each form id to get the responses, the bit I'm now stuck on is how to save this data to somewhere without having to have pre-set column names. It's a nightmare!!

Classic example of something that is meant to be simple until you start...

Thank you for your help :)

Power Automate - Update a Flow (Flow Management)
It seems the problem revolves around the changes to the Form.  Is there a way to make the form such that changes are not necessary?  without knowing the use case, creating 10 one and done forms a month seems a little odd.

If you could standardize the form so modification was not necessary this problem of changing the flow goes away.

Otherwise the best option I see is getting an email from the PowerApps flow notifying you of the needed change and performing a manual update.  YUCK.

@Building with Why thanks for the reply :)

I'll answer the questions below and then if you have another solution I would more than welcome any suggestions!

once a new form is created any old forms which were connected would be broken - this is something I had not considered, however as the flow would be used only upon triggering through power apps (this would only need to be done once on the form deadline date) then I would assume it's ok?

Also if 3 people submit new forms simultaneously how would the flow process this - this does not happen

Duplicating the flow each time a new form is created would solve the problem but has its own problems particularly as the number of forms goes up
    &
Are these forms significantly different? How often is a new form being created?  Is there a process to create a new form?- I have considered creating a new flow each time however it means that we would end up with too many to maintain/over our allowance. We would have around 10 forms a month, each very specific to the use case and the process to create a new form is completely manual, requiring in person reviews etc.

I have looked online for ages and can't find anything to help with this, it's really frustrating the lack of functionality between microsoft forms and power automate because both are really useful seperately!

Power Automate - Update a Flow (Flow Management)
If I am reading your question correctly, you want to automatically update your flow's trigger each time a new form is created with the id of the new form.

Even if this is possible, which I am not certain it is, I question the functional aspects of this.

Specifically, once a new form is created any old forms which were connected would be broken.  Also if 3 people submit new forms simultaneously how would the flow process this?

Duplicating the flow each time a new form is created would solve the problem but has its own problems particularly as the number of forms goes up.
