A successful approach is to run both platforms in parallel for a defined period, ensuring that critical business processes continue uninterrupted while new Power Platform components are built, tested, and validated. Many organisations adopt a phased migration strategy—starting with low‑risk forms or workflows, establishing governance, and gradually moving more complex SmartIQ processes into Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
