When working with Power Apps, integrating a custom Business Process Flow (BPF) into your Order entity can streamline operations and ensure consistency across your sales processes. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to create, configure, and activate a BPF to make it accessible in your Sales Hub app.
To display a Business Process Flow in the Order entity, first, create a new Business Process Flow in Power Apps
After adding the desired stages and steps, click Edit Security Roles in the upper right corner. Select the appropriate security roles and grant access to the custom BPF.
When finished, click Save and Activate.
Next, add the Model-Driven Sales Hub application to the solution and open it.
In the Automation section, drag the BPF from "Not in this app" to "In this app."
