Reason:
The underlying cause of this appears to be related to the new analysis engine feature, which, when enabled, leads to unexpected behavior in the application's collections.
Resolution:
- Disable the new analysis engine feature to restore normal functionality to the collections in the application.
- If this persists after disabling the feature, check for any network trace issues that may indicate blocked communications with necessary domains, such as [.api.powerplatform.com] or [.powerplatform.com]. Ensure these domains are allowed through firewalls or proxies.
- For further troubleshooting, contact Microsoft Support and provide the following information:
- Specific error messages or behaviors observed when the collections are not working.
- Steps taken prior to encountering the issue.
- Monitor logs and network traces to identify any anomalies.
