What’s happening?
Users are unable to access shared Power Apps, receiving error messages indicating trouble loading the preview. This issue affects both model-driven and canvas apps.
Reason:
The underlying cause of the access issues is related to the use of the default environment, which was found to be over capacity. Additionally, there may be licensing issues following a recent renewal.
Resolution:
- Verify the environment being used to access the app. If the default environment is over capacity, check access in other environments, such as the Production environment, where the app may function correctly.
- Ensure that the correct licensing is in place to access the apps.
