What’s happening?
When running a flow in unattended mode, an error message is displayed: "This machine has [...] over-allocated unattended bot(s) due to insufficient environment capacity (Unattended RPA capacity or Process capacity) to support the bot(s). To return to compliance, reduce the unattended bots setting or visit the capacity utilization page and fix this."
Reason:
This arises due to insufficient environment capacity, specifically related to the number of unattended bots allocated to the machine exceeding the allowed limit.
Resolution:
- Reduce Unattended Bot Settings: Navigate to the machine details page and adjust the unattended bot settings to reduce the number of unattended bots allocated to the machine.
- Capacity Utilization Page: Go to the capacity utilization page and use the Fix capacity button. This will provide potential corrective actions to address the over-allocation issue.
- Delete Excess Machines: If applicable, delete any extra machines that are not needed, which can help bring the capacity back to compliance.
- Documentation Review: Refer to the following documentation for further understanding and management of the environment:
