What’s happening?
Customers are unable to render the header in a Teams channel when using the markdown syntax "# Header" within an adaptive card. The header text does not display as expected.
Reason:
Adaptive Cards support only a subset of the markdown syntax . The markdown rules for adaptive cards are also distinct from the general use of markdown in Teams.
Resolution:
- Review the documentation on markdown usage in adaptive cards within Teams, which clarifies that not all markdown syntax is supported.
