What’s happening?
The customer is unable to delete an AI plugin titled "Untitled" that appears in the Teams Copilot chat. The plugin does not show up in the Copilot Studio action list, and attempts to remove it are blocked due to a lock, causing inconvenience for the customer.


Reason:
This is related to a known problem where published actions in Microsoft Copilot cannot be deleted. Additionally, the customer does not have the necessary Microsoft 365 Copilot license, which prevents the AI plugin from being utilized in M365 Copilot.


Resolution:

  1. As a workaround, the administrator should disable the "Microsoft 365 Copilot" setting in the Power Platform admin center.
  2. The customer should check all environments and solutions to locate the AI plugin based on its name.
  3. If the plugin is found in the default solution, it cannot be deleted as it is a system component. Instead, the customer should delete the associated conversation action topic in Copilot Studio to remove the AI plugin from the solution and environment.
