What’s happening?
Users are unable to extract financial reports after performing a Data mart reset. The following error message is encountered:
"The selected report can't be found. Make sure the report hasn't been deleted, or work with your administrator to find the correct report. The report exists, but its data is missing. [Failed to queue the report. The report was canceled because the initial integration of data has not completed.] Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

Reason:
This occurs because the initial integration of data has not completed after performing a Data mart reset. It can sometimes take up to 12 hours from the data mart reset for the Financial Reporter to fully function.

Resolution:
Allow sufficient time (up to 12 hours) after performing a Data mart reset for the initial integration of data to complete. In case it does not work, create a support case to provide the environment name to Microsoft Support team for further investigation.
 
Note: Data mart resets should only be used in extreme cases and never on a regular basis, as it is a costly operation and can remove necessary details for root cause analysis for product improvements.
