What’s happening?
Issues are experienced with the import of exchange rates from OANDA provider on specific dates, where fewer exchange rates was not synced to D365 Finance. S

Reason:
The underlying cause identified was that the exchange rate import from Oanda was not as expected, with a discrepancy in the number of rates imported compared to the rates available in the Oanda file. It was noted that there were 26 currencies defined in the system that convert to USD, while the Oanda file contained 36 currencies that convert to USD. This discrepancy may have contributed to the missing exchange rates during the import process.

Resolution:
When importing exchange rates from OANDA provider from General ledger> Currencies> Import currency exchange rates, Create necessary currency pairs check box cannot be turned on and then new currency pairs not created yet in D365 Finance will not be generated automatically when importing OANDA file.

Confirm exchange rate pairs defined in the system under General Ledger > Currencies > Currency Exchange Rates are enough and cover all currency pairs included in the file, specifically those with a From or To currency of USD.
