What’s happening?
The environment is not appearing in the Plugin Registration Tool (PRT) while other environments are visible. The user can access the environment via the web URL but cannot register or view plugins.


Reason:
The environment may not be showing up in the PRT due to different roles required for environment visibility in various admin centers. Additionally, there may be issues related to user access or configuration settings.


Resolution:

  • Confirm that the environment is enabled and visible in the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Check the roles assigned to the user in the Power Apps Maker portal to ensure they have the necessary permissions to view the environment.
  • Clear the browser cache to see if it resolves the access issue.
  • If this persists, escalate the case to the Power Platform team for further investigation.
