What’s happening?
Unable to enable Project Operations for legal entities that already have existing project data.
Reason:
The inability to enable Project Operations is by design, as the integration requires that the legal entity be set up without any existing projects. If a legal entity has existing project data, the feature cannot be enabled.
Resolution:
To enable Project Operations for a legal entity, ensure that there are no existing projects within that entity before proceeding with the setup. If existing project data is present, the data migration will become available in an upcoming release.
