What’s happening?
The customer requests to unlink Power Platform integration from their development virtual machine (VM).


Reason:
To unlink the Power Platform integration, the Cloud Hosted Environment (CHE) in Lifecycle Services (LCS) must be deleted. This is necessary as the integration is tied to the customer-managed environment.


Resolution:

  1. Delete the Cloud Hosted Environment (CHE) in LCS to unlink the Power Platform integration.
  2. After deletion, the Power Platform environment will remain, and it can be linked to another Tier 2 environment of your choosing.
