What’s happening?
The Tax Identification Number (TIN) for customers billed in USD is incorrectly displayed on Malaysian electronic invoices, regardless of the settings applied.
The Tax Identification Number (TIN) for customers billed in USD is incorrectly displayed on Malaysian electronic invoices, regardless of the settings applied.
Reason:
This is caused by incorrect logic in the XML tags used for generating electronic invoices, resulting in the system not using the actual defined TIN for customers, especially those located in the USA.

Resolution:
This has been identified as a bug and submitted to the Product Group (PG) team. It is already resolved in the format Sales Invoice (MY): 43. This adjustment ensures that the system consistently uses the actual defined TIN, irrespective of the customer's country.
Please update your electronic reporting format to that version.
