What’s happening?
In Invoice Capture, users are unable to adjust the column sizes of the invoice lines in the SBS viewer. This issue occurs when the invoice is in captured or reviewed state.
Reason:
This is related to a bug that affects the functionality of adjusting column sizes in the SBS viewer.
Resolution:
- Confirm that this is occurring in both the production environment and the sandbox QA environment.
- Verify that the functionality to adjust column sizes was included in the 1.8.0 release.
- If the issue persists, escalate the case to the appropriate support team for further investigation and resolution.
