What’s happening?
The "Books not yet acquired" form in the Asset leasing module is not correctly filtered. Instead of displaying only lease records with the status "not yet acquired," the form shows all lease records. 
 

Reason:
The form loads without applying the necessary filter based on lease status.
 

Resolution:
Option 1: It is possible that user needs to clear cache data stored in this page. For that, they can reset usage data for this form going to Settings icon> User options> Usage data. There user can reset all usage data from General tab, but the recommended action for not losing filters and queries stored in the user is to go to specific filter in the form searching a register with Element name that contains ‘AssetLeaseBook’ in Forms tab or All usage data tab.
 
Option 2: Other option can be to manually apply the filter based on lease status "not yet acquired" using the following steps:

  1. Open the Books not yet acquired form (Asset leasing> Leases).
  2. Navigate to the Options ribbon.
  3. Click on the "Advanced filtering and sorting" button.
  4. Apply the filter explicitly by adding a new line selecting the Lease table, the Lease status field and the option "not yet acquired."
 
After applying this filter manually, the system will correctly display only the leases with the status “not yet acquired”. As well user can save the filter in a saved view clicking on Standard view and then Save as option to provide a name the new view.
