What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing problems with posting any kind of data, particularly financial data, affecting almost all users.
Reason:
This is related to the need for users to clear their browser cache to successfully post data.
Resolution:
- Try to clear their browser cache data. Steps to view and delete cache data can be found at View Cache data - Microsoft Edge Developer documentation | Microsoft Learn
Other option is to clear the cache by adding the following paths to the URL of the erroneous environment with System admin role:
- /?mi=SysClassRunner&cls=SysFlushAOD
- /?mi=SysClassRunner&cls=SysFlushDictionary
- /?mi=sysclassrunner&cls=SysFlushData
- If the issue persists, close the existing browser session by clicking on your user icon (on the top of right side) and then Sign off option, and opening a new one . This action increases the likelihood of connecting to a different AOS, allowing users to perform the operations successfully.
