Users are unable to create projects on Project Online when the security policy is enabled in the PowerApps admin center. The error message displayed is "your session expired, please refresh the page to continue."

Reason:
This is related to a Power Platform IP-based policy that is blocking access to Project for the web.

Resolution:
Disable the Power Platform IP-based policy to allow users to create projects successfully. After disabling the policy, users confirmed they were able to use Project correctly.
