Reason:
Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based service that does not provide a fixed IP for environments. The public IPs are managed dynamically by Microsoft and can change over time due to backend infrastructure updates. While it is not guaranteed that the IP will change during a copy or restore, Microsoft does not ensure that the IP remains the same.
