What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing failures when attempting to create business event endpoints, receiving an error message indicating a response status code of 401.
 

Reason:
This may be due to the missing solution 'Finance and Operations Virtual Entity' in the Dataverse environment.
 

Resolution:

  1. Verify if the 'Finance and Operations Virtual Entity' is installed in your Dataverse environment:
  2. Go to the Power Platform admin center.
  3. On the Environment tab, select your environment.
  4. Under Resources, go to Dynamics 365 apps and check if the Finance and Operations Virtual Entity app is listed.
  5. If it is not installed, follow these steps to install it:
  6. Go to AppSource.
  7. Select "Get it now."
  8. Enter your environment name and follow the prompts to install the solution.
