What’s happening?
Customers are unable to find the latest version of the Electronic Reporting (ER) configuration, specifically the "Invoice model mapping," from the Dataverse repositories.
 

Reason:
This may be caused by the Globalization Solution Package not being updated to the latest version in the Power Platform Admin Center.
 

Resolution:
To obtain the latest ER configuration version, follow these steps:

  1. Update the Globalization Solution Package:
    1. Access the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) portal.
    1. Click on the Environments option to select the required environment and click on Resources> Dynamics 365 apps. Ensure that Globalization Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance app is included in the list and there is not a pending update. Otherwise click on Install app option to install it.
  4. Import ER configuration:
    1. Once updated, navigate to the Globalization Studio workspace in your D365 Finance environment.
    2. Select the Electronic Reporting tile and select Microsoft in Configuration provider and then Repositories.
    3. Over Dataverse register click on Open. 
    4. If you want to import all configuration, click on Import all.
    5. If you want to import one configuration, search the ER configuration and select it. Select the latest version and click on Import option in the Version window.
    6. It will be stored in Electronic Reporting tile> Reporting configurations.
  5. Manually Retrieve ER Configurations from LCS:
    1. Alternatively, you can manually download the latest ER configurations from the LCS portal.
    2. Go to Shared Asset Library > GER Configuration and clikc on GER Configurations – All.
    3. The zip file provided will include all available ER configurations up to date.
    4. To import it, go to Globalization Studio workspace> Electronic Reporting tile> Reporting configurations.
    5. Click on Exchange and then on Load from XML file.
