What’s happening?
Desktop flows created by users with free license are not available from the cloud or through the Power Automate portal or Power Platform Admin Center.
Reason:
Desktop flows created by users with a free Power Automate licenses are stored locally on the user's machine, which prevents accessing the Desktop flows through the Power Automate portal or the Power Platform Admin Center.
Resolution:
- As a limitation of the free license, desktop flows cannot be accessed from the cloud as they are stored locally on the user's machine.
